how to find a good job in finance/banking at Cincinnati?

I had applied for more than 1000 places yet nothing came up while i have a BA in finance, and 2 years of experience in banking sector but both from different country the degree and the experience !! and I am about to get angry and i dont know if i am applying in a wrong way !
