What is the estimated time of arrival for passport in the Charleston Processing Center?

I applied for a passport for my son on 03/08/2006 in the County of Los Angeles. I checked status online and confirmed that it is being processing in the Charleston Processing Center which I heard specializes in high demand passport expediting. Would anyone know the "ETA" upon when I should recieve this passport. My flight date is on May 10, 2007 at 115am. Any suggestions on how to speed up the process?
