How much do I charge for a catering job?

I have been offered a job catering a company gathering. I have cooked for many years and lately my hobby has earned me many invites to cater. I would love to do so but, have no idea what to charge. Please help me .... I am at a total loss! I have contacted a few local catering companies and they were less than willing to lend me advise. Thank you so much!

1. Charge for the price of the food (what you pay for the ingredients) and labor (perhaps what you'd make an hour at a regular catering place plus a little more). Because they won't lend you advice at the catering place call and act like you are a customer wanting prices, that should fix that problem. Good luck!!
